Accommodations at Live Oak Landing

Located 20 minutes from downtown Mobile, and 1 hour from the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores, Live Oak Landing is a unique 175 acre Baldwin County Park on the banks of the Tensaw River currently offering 28 brand new improved RV sites with full hookups, laundry and showers, RV’s for rent, as well as 20 drive-in Primitive Camping sites, Back Country Camping and Tree Tent Camping sites (coming soon).

Camp Ground Facilities: Live Oak Landing also offers a general store, event pavilion (perfect for wedding, birthdays and group activities), state-of-the-art boat ramp, fishing piers, catch & release fishing pond, canoe & kayak rentals, canoe & kayak float trips, kayak tours in the delta, 4 miles of hiking trails, bocce ball, horseshoes, a disc golf course opening soon (Feb 2018) and various other weekly activities.

Enjoy boating, fishing, waterskiing, camping, kayaking, canoeing and a variety of other activities and events all in the laid back relaxing atmosphere of the middle Mobile-Tensaw Delta. All Campers / Rv’ers have free use of the Boat Ramp during their stay.

The RV Campground at Live Oak Landing currently offers 28 RV sites with brand new facilities. Each site comes complete with full hookups (110/30/50 Amp power sockets / water / sewer), a 50ft concrete parking pad, concrete patio, a picnic table, as well as access to the RV laundry, shower and toilet facilities. Primitive Camping at Live Oak Landing

Primitive Campground – $20 per night (4 guests)

per week.
Our Primitive Campgrounds come with fire ring / grill plate, lantern hanger and picnic table. Easily accessible to all Live Oak Landing facilities, you may also park your car at your site. Toilet facilities and showers are available at Live Oak Landing, with Porta-potties are in the vicinity of the camping area. Get back to nature with our unique Primitive Camping sites. Back Country Sites

Back Country Sites – $20 per night (4 guests)

per week.
Our Back Country Sites are secluded pockets amongst the pine and cypress trees. These walk-in only sites come with fire ring / grill plate, lantern hanger and picnic table. Toilet facilities and showers are available at Live Oak Landing, with Porta-potties are in the vicinity of the Primitive Camping area. Find yourself or seek some solitude with our Back Country Sites. RV Rentals

RV Rentals – from $110.71 per night (with a 7 night stay).
Our RV rentals come inclusive of everything – full hookups (standard 110/30/50 Amp power sockets / water / sewer), a 50ft concrete parking pad, concrete patio with plenty of room for pull-outs, and a picnic table. Our RV’s sleep up to 8 people (queen in Master suite, queen pullout in salon area, double pullout in bunk room, + 2 bunks), come with outdoor seating, an outdoor fridge, a built in grill and fire pit. Firewood is available at the General Store. Tree Tent Camping

Tree-Tent Camping –  Coming Soon.
Experience camping amongst the trees with our tree-tent camping options. Stay high and dry above the ground, and away from visiting animals. These sites are accessible via hiking or canoe/kayak only depending on site preference and come with fire ring / grill plate & lantern hanger – Coming Soon.
